The National Dog Show and Kennel Club of Philadelphia will recognize Rom and Trooper Reed as representatives of all Pennsylvania State Police K-9 Units in a ceremony Saturday at the National Dog Show at the Expo Center in Oaks, Montgomery County.
The ceremony is set for 12:45 p.m. in the Stadium Show Ring, where Pennsylvania State Police will provide a color guard with the National Anthem to be performed by state trooper Louis Fludd.
