The Pennsylvania State Police K-9 units were key to the capture, navigating the sometimes heavily-wooded countryside. That effort was led by “Rom,” a four-year-old Belgian Malinois and his handler, Trooper Dan Reed.

The ceremony is set for 12:45 p.m. in the Stadium Show Ring, where Pennsylvania State Police will provide a color guard with the National Anthem to be performed by state trooper Louis Fludd.
